Eric M. writes how interested the dealer is in making things right - yet, he didn't try contacting me. No emails, no phone calls. So how interested is he? I emailed Tynans asking for Eric to contact me and was informed the email was delivered to him - yet nothing. I checked with Nissan Finance just moments ago and they still have not received the credit to the account. I'm not interested in hearing the Warranty company has to make the refund - they didn't make the mistake - Tynans did. Eric's response is typical. We're going to make it right - then NOTHING. I was very disappointed in Nissan Corporate for not stepping in but I've finally been contacted, given a case file number and asked to provide all relevant documentation. We'll see if anything breaks loose now. I LOVE the truck - beyond disappointed in Tynans.

Yet another week has gone by and Eric M., who wrote that Tynans wanted to make things right, has still never attempted to contact me, nor has anyone else. Almost three months now dealing with this nonsense. A WARNING to potential customers - if your deal goes smoothly, then you're probably going to be very happy with your vehicle and the dealership. If something needs to be fixed, you're OUT OF LUCK. The dealership has proven they have no interest or intent to fix their mistake.
