Worked with Indiana in sales and was great No pressure to buy. The dealership gave me A great trade in price. The finance dept. kept It short and sweet, very nice! DO NOT SHOP HERE! High Pressure tactics all the way. I went in and clearly explained I am in no rush to buy a car. I test drove 2 Frontiers. NEITHER has ANY gas. I (a High Pressure tactics all the way. I went in and clearly explained I am in no rush to buy a car. I test drove 2 Frontiers. NEITHER has ANY gas. I (along with the inexperienced, unknowledgeable salesman) had to go to a gas station on the test drive. I had to wait around while he found the "gas card". 2nd car, same situation, no gas, and I mean dangerously low. I could only drive that around the parking lot. This took over an hour. Again I was clear to the salesman, I'm not buying a car today. During the test drive, I got a text from my neighbor who needed my help and explained to the salesman I had to leave. He told me I had to go in to talk to the sales manager, otherwise he would "get in trouble" I said no. He said they could give me a great deal today. He did not listen to me, nor acknowledge my wishes. It was awkward, and the way he begged me to go in felt violating. I waited for the sales manager to come outside by my car. This was the most awkward and disturbing experience. They are fake and all about selling you a car, no matter your needs. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Purchased my 2023 Nissan Rogue LEMON in about March 2023. Finally have an appointment scheduled to return the rotten thing after many trips to service, and repairs that kept the car with the service dept for Finally have an appointment scheduled to return the rotten thing after many trips to service, and repairs that kept the car with the service dept for over a month due to manufacturer backorder parts. Overall, the service department is just overworked/understaffed. It was disappointing though, that the dealership didn’t offer to make this lemon situation right, and instead I had to hire a lawyer to force them into a buyback. Will not purchase my next vehicle here. More
Had been great in past,, but this last service done left a bag impression. Disappointed by the lack of info given and this I could not make a fully informed decision. I wanted to trade in my 2012 Nissan Titan for a later car. So I went went to the Nissan dealership in Fort Collins. I was immediately met by a sales lady named Lexi Davis. I was immediately impressed wit car. So I went went to the Nissan dealership in Fort Collins. I was immediately met by a sales lady named Lexi Davis. I was immediately impressed with her courteous and friendly manner. During the whole process I was treated as if I was a long lost family member. She showed patience & understanding with what my wishes were. She showed me a CRO Nissan Rogue which I ended up buying. Let me truthfully say that I found Lexi very knowledgeable; courteous; understanding what I was looking for & was very efficient in accomplishing her task while making my buying experience with her a very pleasant and enjoying one. I would state to all that I believe Lexi is the epitome of what a sale person should be. Saying that I also want to thank Joe (finance guru) with his friendly & personality for making all the paperwork actually enjoyable. I would strongly suggest checking out this dealership. More
