I was in the market to trade in my current Kia for the new Kia Optima. Since the dealer in Greeley moved out of Greeley recently I figured they were not loyal to the community so I went to Tynan's KIa in new Kia Optima. Since the dealer in Greeley moved out of Greeley recently I figured they were not loyal to the community so I went to Tynan's KIa in Ft Collins and I am very happy I did. Jesse Poweres was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and Brian gave me a great deal on the new Optima and a more than fair trade in amount. Anyone that is looking to buy a new Kia, I would highly recommend they go the Tynan's Kia in Ft Collins. I am glad I did. More
On March 10th my wife and I went to visit Tynan's Kia. We met with Nicholas Wacker and after several questions about our needs, he showed us 2 different vehicles. We test drove a 4 cyl Sorrento which gives really good gas mileage. After some thought, we switched to a 6 cyl and decided to buy. Once the paperwork was done, we drove our new Sorrento home and have loved it every day since. We would recommend Nicholas as an excellent saleperson AND the Tynan dealership for really fine customer care. More

Then I drove up from Longmont and went thru the new car purchase routine. All the purchase stages proceeded efficiently, business manager Chris was informative and efficient. There were no last minute pricing issues, all stages went smoothly. I believe I received great treatment and a great price for my Kia and would recommend Mark and Tynan's Kia to anyone, particularly "out-of-towners". This is a great dealership to deal with even if you're not in the area. More
I had a certain vehicle in mind (model, color, options) with only a certain amount of money to work with. Jesse got me exactly what I was looking for for the amount I could spend. I had e-mailed Amber, the internet sales rep over the weekend. She had responded first thing Monday morning, and asked exactly what I was looking for. I gave her my list of "must haves", "nice to haves weekend. She had responded first thing Monday morning, and asked exactly what I was looking for. I gave her my list of "must haves", "nice to haves", and "dont wants". She said that there were several vehicles that would be very close and they had more due in. My wife and I showed up that afternoon on a whim, met Amber, and looked at the vehicles we were interested in. We were able to agree on a price and financing on the spot. Amber had the car detailed while we did the paperwork, and they even put a big ribbon on it and took my wife's picture in our new Sorrento. We didn't play the game where they "lose" my keys, or where the interest rate they quoted me changed the next day. We didn't even haggle over the price much. I stated what I wanted to pay, they countered. We both got a fair price. They asked that I return in the next few days to return the ribbon, and to drop off some information thaat I didn't have that day. I went in the next day, and was again, greeted at the door. The salesman that greeted me knew exactly what I needed to pick up and the salesmanager was there and took the paperwork I brought in. He was expecting it and knew what was needed. It's refreshing to walk into a dealership, or any service oriented business for that matter, and not have to hunt for someone to help me. Even better, everyone there knew I would be in sometime during the week and were prepared to fill in while Amber was absent. I didn't have to wait for them to call or hunt down someone, I didn't have to go from office to office. I will definitely try any Tynan's dealerships if they are all like Tynan's Kia, and I offer any potential customers my strongest recommendation!! Thanks Amber!! More

As stressful as it can be to by a car Nick made it very much a enjoyable experience and I felt very much at ease. We even had a laugh or two between stare downs. I felt no pressure to purchase and enjoyed the conversion we had throughout making the deal to purchase a 2010 Ford Focus at a price I beleave worked for the dealership and myself. (man did I get a great deal!!...LOL)All the personal at Tynan's seemed to be in great sprite and very approchable. I plan on purchasing another car in the near future and will deffidently give Tynans a chace to earn my business. Great job all and Thank you. More
We started searching out options on vehicles months ago and Jesse was our salesperson at that time. With the options that were available for us we passed at that time in purchasing. Jesse did not constantly bother us with phone calls. When we were ready to start looking again Jesse was who we went back to. He was very knowledgable of what options we had and what would work best for us at the time. I would definately refer this dealership to others. More
I just want to say how blown away I was at the quality of EVERYTHING I got at Kia today from Nicholas and team. Not only did I feel that they went out of their way to truly accomodate my situation and give EVERYTHING I got at Kia today from Nicholas and team. Not only did I feel that they went out of their way to truly accomodate my situation and give me the best deal I could get, but I never once felt pressured, or uncomfortable. The sales team was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Nicholas knew everything there was to know about every vehicle I test drove, and that was impressive. I have been car shopping for a week now, and in two different dealerships I left frustrated and deterred. Not only would I go back in a heart beat for any further vehicles I purchase, but I will definitely be telling my friends if they are looking for vehicles to go talk to Nicholas!
