I had some financial difficulties and came in to possibly sell my Kia Sorento. Tony and Brian were not only professional but helped me emotionally through a very difficult situation. I was able to trade in my vehicle and lease a new vehicle and thus reducing my monthly payments substantially. We were in the market for a newer model car that had to meet some very specific requirements. Michael was very patient with us, is empathic, respectful, friendly, professional and the polar opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. I needed to replace my son's car because his car was totalled in an accident. I had a specific amount of money from the insurance settlement and the guys at Tynans were great. We have owned KIAs for an accumulative 18 years, with virtually no mechanical issues. Two KIAs, both from Tynans. So, when it came time that I needed a new car to serve multiple purposes, I wanted to g virtually no mechanical issues. Two KIAs, both from Tynans. So, when it came time that I needed a new car to serve multiple purposes, I wanted to get a new car that I could trust, from a Dealership I could trust. This time I needed a car that could handle mountain driving conditions in various weather conditions, as well as in town and highway driving. My first stop (of many dealership stops) was Tynans. I was very fortunate that the sales rep that assisted me was Michael Kent. He had the patience of Job, as I had my training wheels on about learning what is under the hood of a car and what was important to have on a car for my purposes. He, and other staff, took the time to educate me. I can not say enough about the genuine concern and interest the staff took in this "education" process. Moving forward, I was therefore able to do some extensive comparative research and shopping. Always coming back to Tynans and the KIA Sorento because of trust I have in KIAs, the staff, the history I had with Tynans, and the Sorento which 1) had the 10 Year Warranty backing their product, 2) V6 AWD, 3) hugged the road on the highway and mountain roads, 4) had the pick up that I needed, 4) loved the stability and how it handled, 5) the visibility out the front window ( no hood view, all road), 5) and had every tech advantage from voice com and, navigation, backup camera etc that will enhance my driving pleasure, but more importantly give me the peace of mind that the car will keep me safe over the next 10 years. When there was a hiccup re: the car being ready to be picked up at the prearranged date, my Sales Rep, Michael Kent, addressed it with the appropriate staff so that changes in that process were made to ensure future delivery situations would not occur. As we have said over the past 9 years re: our Spectra and Optima that we purchased in 2003.......we love our KIAS, and I have confidence that I will have the same positive experience and peace of mind with the Sorento. More

Chris Y. was amazing from the inital phone call to after the purchase. He really made me feel important and he listened - which is most important. I gave me exactly what I wanted!!!!!! All the guys in the shop, as soon as I walked were very welcoming and willing to assist to make sure I was pleased. And pleased was exactly what I was - beyond. I will recommend this dealership to anyone - they guys know service!!!!! More

I hadn't purchased a new vehicle since 2004 and wasn't sure what to expect when I went in to make a deal on a new Kia. I did extensive research on which brand (Kia)and model I wanted (Sorrento) as well as sure what to expect when I went in to make a deal on a new Kia. I did extensive research on which brand (Kia)and model I wanted (Sorrento) as well as which dealership would have the chance to earn my business (Tynans) before I set foot in the showroom. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off, my entire experience was a positive one. I'm incredibly happy with my new vehicle and will recommend both my car and the dealership to friends, family, customers, co-workers, anyone willing to listen. There were a few bumps along the way in the purchase process that Justin, Mark, Chris and Jesse smoothed over, allowing me to walk out a very satisfied customer. I look forward to developing a relationship with the service department here in the near future. More
Jenny was an amazing help had a very bad upside down trade due to a previous marriage and jenny did everything to make sure i got the car and payments and interest rate to where i wanted to be. She was so friendly and answered all of my questions even tho some of them were redundant but she was patient and asked me if there was anything i needed when i needed anything or just because she wanted to make sure i was taken care of. The best salesperson i have ever worked with i would definately go back to her and recommend everyone to her. I would give her a 10 if i could absolutely amazing experience. I purchased my new Tynan's Kia Optima Hybrid through their Internet Sales Dept. Jenny Ehrhart was very professional and personable to deal with. I told her upfront that I wanted to quickly get to their best price and that I did not want to enter into a lengthy dance with the salesman scenario and she honored that request. She even made arrangements to have us picked up at Denver International Airport. I also was pleased with the closing with Jesse Powers. There were no surprises and he was patient with my many questions. I would recommend Tynan's Kia to anyone considering the purchase of a new Kia. We got 41 mpg on our drive back to Texas! More
