I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the Tynan's staff. I located the car I was interested in on the internet, requested further information on it and received a message back within from the Tynan's staff. I had been searching the internet for vehicles for several months and this was the first time I received a personal email from the manager rather than a generic one generated automatically when you query a web site. The dealership was in Ft.Collins, which normally I would have balked at, but I had to be in Ft.Collins that morning, so I told her I would stop by when I got into town. Rita was not in when I arrived, but I was greeted by Justin Kozak, whom after speaking with Rita took over showing me the car I had come to see. He was very friendly and informative. After looking and test driving the car, which was a 2013 KIA Forte Ex, I was sold, no need to look any further. What I enjoyed most was the no pressure, no haggle sale. Paperwork went smooth and financing went well. In no time at all, I was walking out the door with a set of keys to my new KIA. The only problem left to solve was how to get both my old car and new one home to Westminster. Which turned out to be no problem at all, as Justin offered to drive the old one back for me. As an added bonus, for my purchase, I received a $500 gift card to Frontier airlines...Merry Christmas to me! We had dreaded the prospect of buying a car from a dealership, but it was a necessary evil we figured. But, from calling for the appointment, through the test drive (the car had been washed and was be dealership, but it was a necessary evil we figured. But, from calling for the appointment, through the test drive (the car had been washed and was beautiful), the negotiations, agreement, financing process (with a break for lunch they provided!), and finally the walk through of our new car, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They even wished me happy birthday when they saw it was in two days! The negotiation on our trade-in was the longest part and we eventually came to an agreement we all could live with, and we never saw them as the 'enemy'or as trying to 'gouge' us. The Sales Manager's attitude during that negotiation was very soothing and friendly and not smarmy or greedy. If we had known that that process wouldn't be awful, we would have not dreaded the visit so much before hand. The price of the car was incredible and I'm so happy with my new car. More
Rita was the only Internet sales person that I found in the fort Collins and Denver kias that was willing to help and deal with me. Being from out of town and being very interested in a kia I contacted the dealerships through e mail. Rita, was the only one that even after she found out i was a few hours away took the tiime to answer all my Questions and work with me! Every other Internet kia sales person in the fort collins and Denver area would only answer a few questions or even 1 question, then tell me there was nothing else they could do to help me until I could make it into the dealership. Well, of course I didn't want to make a long drive until I found a deal, and Rita helped me do that. Thank you Rita! More

I had looked at another vehicle make in the area and was experiencing the same old deja-vu as well. Imagine my delight and surprise when we walked into Tynan's KIA and were warmly welcomed by Justin Kozak who really listened to what we were needing, showed us the exact models that would fit our needs and then smoothly and seamlessly led us through the entire process without a hitch. We never felt pressure to buy now or lose the deal, take this color and model so we can move it out the door, nothing like that. Everything was geared to us getting the best trade-in, the best deal in the area, a fair price for what we wanted. The experience was great and I would heartily recommend Tynan's and Justin Kozak for sales. Nathan Kimbrel is the finance officer, and he made that ususally painful process smooth and easy as well. Kudos to a great management team who have made a typically stressful transaction into a real pleasure. Our KIA Sportage is a great car- we just love it- handles beautifully. Several possibilities were presented to me on a 2012 Kia, but I could not put enough down for the payment to make it low enough. After a couple of hours, it was decided that I would have to go with something else. I looked at a 2002 PT Cruiser for $6,000, but found that I could not get a loan on a vehicle that was more than 7 years old. The day was turning into a negative experience except for Chris and an Assistant Manager, who remained hopeful and positive. I decided it was time to give up on anything that was available, because of what the payments would be for me. As I was leaving it was brought to my attention that it might be possible to work out something on a 2005 Kia Optima. I said no at the time and went home. Chris called me at home that evening and told me they had figured out a payment of $160/mo. for me on the above mentioned Optima. I told Chris thank you for following up with me on this offer. The 2005 Optima is being detailed at this time and I have been given a very nice 2012 Optima as a loaner. The 2005 is the perfect car for me. I thank Chris and everyone who made this experience a very pleasant one. All have been super to work out things for me. I will highly recommend Chris and KIA to anyone looking for a vehicle. Every vehicle i have ever bought in the past (not at Tynans) has left me leaving the dealership confused and feeling like I was taken advantage of. This was not the case at all with Tynans. Exactly opposite. I drove away feeling very happy about the price, the financing, the overall experience and most importantly I love the car, it was exactly as advertised and I feel confident in my purchase. i will recommend this dealship to everyone I come across looking for a vehicle.
