When we pulled up in a horrible rental car, Fred spotted us right away. He came up to us and asked "Whats going on guys? Everything ok?". In all my years of buying cars, I've never had a worse customer service experience. I was in shock for days afterward at the ease with which the salesman lied to me. To top it all off, instead of a thank you card in the mail, all they did was stuff the carbon copies into an envelope and mail them. Nothing else, no "thank you," no "we appreciate your business." I would just like to thank Service Advisor Rob Rager for his excellent service!! He was kind, patient, timely and considerate. He explain the importance of caring for my diesel engine and even looked thro his excellent service!! He was kind, patient, timely and considerate. He explain the importance of caring for my diesel engine and even looked through the papers (with my permission) in my glovebox to find out if I had an "oil change" plan (I thought I did). He had a new key made and programmed for me (as I had lost a set out in the wilderness)and gave me a great deal on that!! I left there feeling like I was "taken care of" and valued as a customer. I will return with my Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel for all of my oil changes in the future, simply because of the way I was treated! And I might add that I live out of town. Bravo! Lisa Harris More
