May 5th we took our 2008 limited edition charger superbee for an oil change and tire balance. we take pride in the fact that we only take our car to the dodge dealership for all of its care. We provide the oil for our car to the service dept to save a little money and get oil we want (mobile one, listed on the cap). we get the car back and i notice the price is too high, they mistakenly put their oil in (pennzoil). They offered to take it out and put ours in but we were there for 2.5 hrs already, we said thats ok. we go home to wash the car after oil change as always and my husband notices scratches in every rim. No One even reported this to us (like as if we wouldnt notice) again this is a numbered car! so we take the car out to meet service manager so he can look at them, he tells us this guy can fix them up. we meet the guy and he is honest and tells us he cant fix them the scratchs are too deep. Sooo again this car we have taken taken total pride in, we put this car in car shows and drive it only in excellent weather. So we had to show the service manager the scratches again to make sure it was his machine, and compare the cone to the scratch. This is very upsetting to me, as I felt he was blaming me for the scratch. so after he sees that yes indeed his machine did scracth them, now we are waiting for the repairs to start happening. Very disappointed in this dealership, my husband even tried to speak with the owner of this dearlership and has left messages for him with no call back!!! More
I have worked with many used and new car sales people. Tad is the best! He personally drove over 60 miles to bring a car from another lot for me to look at. This dealership is much better now that new people bought it and replaced the old Lithia owners. Bob was no pressure which was helpful, and Terry McCloud, the customer relations representative, is excellent it and replaced the old Lithia owners. Things have come a long way. Now, if only their service department was enthusiastic and helpful as sales, we'd really be getting somewhere! That said, at least I have received emails and phone calls from the service department asking for feedback. Maybe that indicates progress. More

i purchased a 2007 F 150 from FOOTHILLS CHRYSLER on MAY 9. The salesman was RYAN BULLER. I felt comfortable with RYAN because of his car/truck knowledge and his faith in GOD. We shopped for a new Jeep a few months ago but we were not quite ready to purchase. Jonathan was absolutely excellent in providing us any and all information regarding the Jeep that we were interested in not quite ready to purchase. Jonathan was absolutely excellent in providing us any and all information regarding the Jeep that we were interested in (Wrangler Arctic Edition). So when we were ready this month to purchase, we decided to travel to Ft. Collins, CO from Casper, WY to purchase this vehicle specifically from Jonathan. We are thrilled that we did. He was very professional and wanted to make sure that our whole experience was above par from the minute we walked into the front door. The dealership was very busy on the day we arrived and Jonathan made sure that we were comfortable, had something to drink while we waited, and visited with us about our new Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland from this dealership and we couldn't be more satisfied with the Jeep's high quality and our overall buying experience with Fort Collins D Overland from this dealership and we couldn't be more satisfied with the Jeep's high quality and our overall buying experience with Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep (FCDCJ). This is largely due to the integrity, professionalism, empathy, technical knowledge, competency and overall customer service provided by our salesman Ryan Buller. Put it this way, we have previously owned several high quality foreign cars and appreciated working with their premier dealerships. Ryan matched all our expectations and then some by selling us this extraordinarily well-made American Jeep. Some examples: 1) When checking out various models, Ryan answered all questions honestly and worked exceptionally hard to match our specific driving needs with any potential vehicle purchase. He has a profound knowledge of virtually all car makes and models. 2) When negotiating our old vehicle trade-in, after Ryan's detail inspection, he got permission to offer us an exceptionally fair market trade value for it. 3) On the actual day of our purchase, Ryan personally introduced us to everyone in Service, Parts and other FCDCJ staff. The Finance folks whom we dealt with - both named Bob were also experienced professionals with forthcoming honest answers to all our questions about credit, payment plans, warranties and so forth. 4) Ryan's passion for outdoor activities includes off road 4-wheeling, mountain climbing, running, diving just to name a few. The Sunday after our purchase, with his wife out of town, he graciously offered me to meet him in his Jeep and each of us drove our respective 4-wheelers through Poudre Canyon. He then led me through a "somewhat easy" segment of a forest trail to teach me some basics of off road 4-wheeling and how to effectively do low-gear driving. Clearly, Ryan's instructional skills are superb. Our off-road trek was, of course, not part of the dealership's sales service. That event however, does give you some perspective of the enthusiasm that this dedicated sales person has and how fortunate the dealership is to employ him. 5) On our way back from off-roading, as my local carwash was closed for the evening, Ryan took me to his driveway and personally hand-washed my GC Overland so that it looked brand new once again - which pleased by wife greatly when I got home. There is no doubt in my mind that Ryan Buller loves his job, represents his dealership in the best possible manner and genuinely cares for all his customers. Based on our excellent experience, I have assigned Fort Collins Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep the highest rating "5" in all criteria. If you are in the market to buy or sell any car, I stand by Ryan's capability to get you the best deal possible. Incidentally, neither Ryan nor anyone at this dealership requested me to write this summary. I was just very impressed with our experience and wanted to share this testimonial with others. More

I bought my Jeep on Saturday and on Sunday I had lot's of questions about my finance choice and they were closed but come Monday I ran into the dealership and saw Terry McLeod, sales manager and he was my li questions about my finance choice and they were closed but come Monday I ran into the dealership and saw Terry McLeod, sales manager and he was my life saver on this deal. He took me to see Robert Smith the finacial/ sales consultant and they help me get the exact finacial deal I wanted and Terry also heard what I forget to get done to the jeep before I took ownership and saw that all my wishes came true. I'm so gratefull to both Terry and all of his patience and for Robert and all is smarts. Thanks guys!! More
My wife and I were looking for a bigger vehicle because we have a 1 year old and one on the way. After visiting multiple other dealerships, we were referred to Fort Collins Dodge. I told the salesman that we have a 1 year old and one on the way. After visiting multiple other dealerships, we were referred to Fort Collins Dodge. I told the salesman that we have already been approved for financing and what rate we were approved for. All I wanted to know was "if" he could get us in a bigger vehicle with the monthly payment we needed at that rate. He said that he could probably do something, and would look into it. A day later he responded saying "I am close to making it happen, I just need your help by giving me your credit information so I can see if we can get you approved at a lower rate." I told him to FORGET ABOUT IT I don't want to do it, because I know that you cannot get me approved for anything better than what I have already been approved for. He then pushed and pushed saying that they have multiple sources, and should be able to get us approved at a lower rate. So I relented and let him pull my credit. Within a few hours he responded saying that they can beat the interest rate and get it down to the payment that I needed to be. Telling me that the deal is a go! He then said that I need a firm commitment that you are going to buy this vehicle before I have it delivered, because Ft. Collins Dodge will be stuck with the vehicle if I decide not to go through with it. After much discussion, and arguing with my spouse over the weekend we finally agreed and said we will do it. After days of no contact from the salesman I spent all day trying to get in touch with him, even calling his manager to see what was going on. He finally contacted me and said that the bank will not fund the loan, because they submitted the application as a new vehicle instead of used, like it should have been. Nothing like broken promises! What a waste of time and emotion! Very unprofessional in their dealings, misleading, and very difficult to get a hold of when trying to call their main number. More
