RUSS AND JASON ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOW THIER CARS AND TRUCKS. I would just like to thank Service Advisor Rob Rager for his excellent service!! He was kind, patient, timely and considerate. He explain the importance of caring for my diesel engine and even looked thro his excellent service!! He was kind, patient, timely and considerate. He explain the importance of caring for my diesel engine and even looked through the papers (with my permission) in my glovebox to find out if I had an "oil change" plan (I thought I did). He had a new key made and programmed for me (as I had lost a set out in the wilderness)and gave me a great deal on that!! I left there feeling like I was "taken care of" and valued as a customer. I will return with my Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel for all of my oil changes in the future, simply because of the way I was treated! And I might add that I live out of town. Bravo! Lisa Harris More
My husband had an initial bad experience with one salesman, but when we returned we met Chris. He was friendly and helpful. Everyone was helpful and friendly, although not aware of a dealer rebate, until our son arrived at the dealership. They were more than willing to deduct that. We enjoyed working with finance (red head, sorry I can't remember your name! and also the nice guy who shows you how everything in the car works!) And THANKS SOOOOO MUCH to Michael who was so willing to help us and answer our questions even though he was not our salesman. Previously we had worked with Virgil (our daughter bought a new car last year,) He was also very friendly and helpful, but was on a day off when we came in to look at the Cherokee. We have and will recommend this dealership. More
We purchased a used Dodge truck and have never had as good an experience as we did at this dealership. Justin tried to find trucks for us at other dealerships as well as their own lot. We traded in a truck with chronic fuel problems, told them about it and they gave us a fair trade anyway. They went thru the truck we purchased with a fine tooth comb. They fixed an a/c vent, turned the rotors on the wheels, fully steam cleaned the interior, waxed the exterior and filled the tank up with fuel. We had a couple minor issues with the truck once we got it home and they also fixed those problems without a complaint. He made sure that we were happy with our purchase and we will recommend all of our friends to this dealership - both for service and sales. We truly were treated like family - before and after the sale. More
We had talked to several salesmen at other locations about used trucks before meeting Jason Jones. We don't know much about what to look for, & none of the other salesmen seemed to know much either. More than that, he didn't try to just sell us anything. Instead he figured out what we needed & showed us vehicles that would work for us. He could speak from personal experience & could compare the vehicles to each other in terms of our particular needs. We now have a vehicle that is perfect for us. I doubt that I would have figured that out on my own. I usually feel that the salesman is a negative part of the vehicle purchase process, but in this case I give Jason credit for helping us make a good decision. I will be going back to this dealer & this salesman. More
I hate going to the dealership. Hate it. In fact, I had gone to a different dealership in April and walked out so frustrated that it took me four months before I called Fort Collins Dodge (FCD). From the first phone call I was treated with kindness and respect. As a single female, a girl is always worried that when she gets to a delaership (especially to buy a big diesel truck) the salespeople will treat her like an idiot and take advantage of her gender. This is not so at Fort Collins Dodge, and especially not with Jason. Not only did Jason listen to what I wanted and needed, but he gave me options even looking outside his own dealership to find me the truck that I needed. When I found the one that I fell in love with, he did everything in his power to get me the most for my trade and the lowest price so that the truck fit in my budget. We even drove an hour away to view other options so I felt confident in the truck I was buying. Never did I feel like something fishy was going on, nor did I have to play the little back and forth game with 'the wizard behind the glass.' It gets better. I had to have some upfitting done to the truck after I bought it. And even though FCD could have wiped there hands on me (the deal, after all was done) they customer service continued after the sale. I have gotten calls to see if I am happy with my purchase and both the salesman and service manager followed up. My favorite part? They tell me that they have my back--I love that. After buying my truck I was talking to a neighbor with a similar vehicle and he said he too bought it at FCD. Why? When a cross-town dealership screwed him with the 'bait and switch' he called FCD and the had a salesman drive to Nebraska to get him in a truck the next day. They matched the other dealerships price and accessories package and continued service after the sale. Nice to know there is a dealership with a conscience, confidence and the understanding of what real service is. Go there, ask for Jason...you'll leave happy. More

I went in to look at the possibility of trading in my current vehicle, which was a small sedan, to get a larger vehicle. I knew what my price range could be, and Jason was very patient with helping me s current vehicle, which was a small sedan, to get a larger vehicle. I knew what my price range could be, and Jason was very patient with helping me search for different vehicles in my range and was able to describe all the benifits of purchasing used and new. We searched through a few and he was able to help me find the perfect vehicle, which was a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I started my search I first thought this car would be out of my price range, but once the team was able to negotiate on price and o% financing was available, I realized the price was great. I'[m a female shopper and I don't feel this dealership took advantage of this one bit. Overall service was exceptional in all departments, and would highly recommend this dealership! Absolutely love my new vehicle. More

Their one goal was to make us happy by finding the perfect vehicle. We have given them the 5 rating because they went out of their way to help us, they couldn't do enough for us, they explained everything and answered every question and Terry told us over and over to call him or come back if we had any questions, we have never been treated better. They found the perfect vehicle for us and we are more than satisfied, we would never go anywhere else. Steve Hardy and his team did an outstanding job for us. More
