Why have an appointment? I called in several days ahead to schedule an oil change. Appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm. I had all paperwork done and checked in by 1:25. Said about an hour for the service. 45 minutes later they drove my truck in the shop. An hour later they were completed, out came my truck at 3:15. I missed my 3:00 pm second appointment. The receipt shows they changed oil on a Cummins diesel. My truck is an eco diesel which was incorrect paperwork. I wonder if I was overcharged. The shop seemed dark and dirty. More

Would never buy a car from them again!! We bought a used 2014 ram 2500 diesel from Josh. First, they don't honor the trade in value that they have displayed their website. They had just got We bought a used 2014 ram 2500 diesel from Josh. First, they don't honor the trade in value that they have displayed their website. They had just got the vehicle in for a trade. It was very dirty, but was assured that it would be detailed inside and out. When they delivered the truck because they had to put a new windshield , new tires and of course the detailing. When they delivered it they had filled up the tank, tires installed, new windshield. The detailing they did was horrible!!!! The majority of the drink holders had dried pop and crap in them. Middle console had mud still in it, along with the seats and doors. They also delivered it with no def fluid. My husband started it and a service message came on. My husband called them to complain to the salesman, Josh and also to the sales manager. Was basically told that they have teenagers to detail and they would reimburse us up to $200 to get it detailed. I don't trust that we would get reimbursed by them. If I was a salesman, there would be no way that I would deliver a vehicle in that kind of condition. More
