The technicians noticed some metal in the rear differential fluid, and immediately contacted us. The vehicle was under warranty and the service department did a rebuild of the seals and spider gears. The dealership got us a loaner car so that my wife could get to a business convention. This was a life-saver, and was over and above what they needed to do .
