My experience with fort Collins Chrysler Dodge was great. My salesperson Ryder was on spot. Helped my daughter find a great car in her budget and I liked there service so much, I bought my wife a new Durang My salesperson Ryder was on spot. Helped my daughter find a great car in her budget and I liked there service so much, I bought my wife a new Durango and a jeep for myself. Sales manager Jorge made sure I got everything I needed and Dan in finance made sure everything had a full warranty and came in under my budget. Unprofessional and dishonest! Made an appointment with the service department for factory recall. They failed to have the parts on hand even though the appointment was made 2 wee Made an appointment with the service department for factory recall. They failed to have the parts on hand even though the appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. I use my truck for work and for me take a day off is a big deal, as I am out a days pay. The service departments lack of communication with this issue cost me a days work. Also, they didn’t have any idea when they may have the parts available. It was no secret why I was coming. And the service manager told me he didn’t know what issue I was their for. That was a lie as appointment was made with my vin number for THEIR factory recall! He knew exactly why I was coming, what parts are required, and the time it takes yo do the job. That is set forth by RAM. It was no secret why I was there and when asked if he could keep my truck for a few days while parts came in I left. Ask lots of questions of you use these guys. They lie and are unprofessional. More
