He even worked on his 'day off' to continue to facilitate the purchase. No hidden surprises and no pressure during the process. The evaluation of my trade-in was very fair. The evaluator was thorough and did a great job explaining the results of his analysis of my trade-in and their purchase offer. They completed my out of state (MD) registration process with no issues. Finally, the financing process was very smooth as well, as they were able to secure a great rate that was even better than the rate quoted by my credit union. Overall - this was as easy of a car purchase experience as I have had. Very happy with my purchase, and would definitely recommend Mitch and Forrester for anyone purchasing a vehicle in the Chambersburg, PA area. More
