In April 2012, we wondered into Forrester's looking to test drive a used Lincoln MKZ. We were greeted by Mike Manning who was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. We test drove one and he explained everything about the vehicle and worked to get us the best trade-in and deal possible. One week later we purchased the vehicle. Mike even went out of his way to come to our house to program the remote to our garage door. We kept in touch with Mike and in February 2014 we met with Mike again and received the same exceptional service. We were looking to trade the MKZ on a new 2013 MKX. Once again, Mike exceeded our expectations going above and beyond his duties. As many options as there were, at no point in time did I feel overwhelmed or thought that they were incompletely explained, as I developed a thorough understanding of what was on the table. We have bought several vehicles now from Forresters over the last 18 years. Their service is excellent from sales to service and even the receptionists and cashiers! A few years ago my Mountaineer had loads the last 18 years. Their service is excellent from sales to service and even the receptionists and cashiers! A few years ago my Mountaineer had loads of damage from a hail storm and their auto body dept did an awesome job making it look totally new again! They go out of their way to make the customer happy! our over all experience was great. We are completely satisfied with the 2011 Lincoln MKS. Especially the manual gear shift paddles. We took a trip over two mountains. I shifted down to number 3 and did' satisfied with the 2011 Lincoln MKS. Especially the manual gear shift paddles. We took a trip over two mountains.
