In April 2012, we wondered into Forrester's looking to test drive a used Lincoln MKZ. We were greeted by Mike Manning who was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. Mike even went out of his way to come to our house to program the remote to our garage door. We kept in touch with Mike and in February 2014 we met with Mike again and received the same exceptional service. We were looking to trade the MKZ on a new 2013 MKX.
