I sent more questions and he answered them and we set up a test drive. Cody was very friendly and so nice. He has a great smile, you just have to smile back. He's very patient and helpful. He set up my phone on my Sync system and explained all the buttons in the vehicle. Even after the sale, he checked to see how I was getting along with the Escape and if I have any questions or need anything to just let him know. Cody went above and beyond what I expected. He seemed to understand my needs and helped me select a beautiful 2011 MKX. I still enjoy it as much as the day that I purchased it. Mike introduced me to the service department and I have been working with Kris. Each time I call. for service I am treated with respect. When I have a question it is always answered. I am always treated with utmost courtesy. Mike and Kris make me feel at home. I drive approximately 35 miles for this type of service.
