I was so impressed with his salesmanship that I gave him a deposit to hold via credit card. I search for classic trucks all around the country for rebuilds and other customers. I was looking for a Dodge truck exactly like this for a family member. I rented a car and drove from Atlanta to check this vehicle out. I was blown away by the service and hospitality by all when I arrived. Escorted to local Hertz and driven back to dealership after agreeing to purchase. The dealership service department and Larry Howell had prepped the Dodge to get ready for me. I had every intention of putting the vehicle on a hauler and renting another car. I drove it for thirty minutes and was amazed by all aspects of the truck. I came back and Larry had all the paperwork done and drive out tag ready to go. We signed documents and I was done...less than an hour at the dealership. I drove it back to Atlanta that night and enjoyed every minute of the ride ....incredible service and honesty from a salesperson and a dealership. Larry Howell was awesome. He set up my phone on my Sync system and explained all the buttons in the vehicle. Even after the sale, he checked to see how I was getting along with the Escape and if I have any questions or need anything to just let him know. Cody went above and beyond what I expected.
