Best Customer Service I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my need I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my needs that when another nearly new vehicle (MKZ Hybrid) came in, he just knew it was for me! It had more than a lot of bells and whistles, it was amazing. He is very attentive to your needs but not at all pushy! Stop in and talk to him if you are ever in the market for a new or used car and let him know your needs. He will keep his eyes open for the vehicle for you and notify you as soon as he feels something matches what you want. You will not be disappointed. And I must give a shout out to Bill Mull as well. Love Forrester We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since we had no dealers in the area. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we saw they were closed but noticed someone in the parking lot so I asked if we could test drive a car. Mike Manning was our salesman and he didn't bat an eye about the after hours test drive. Mike knew all there was to know about the vehicle and was happy to let us drive it. We sat in the showroom for at least half an hour after the test drive, chatting with the Mike and the staff. We ended up buying the 2013 MKX a few weeks later not only for the superb handling, comfort and safety of the vehicle but also for the quality dealership and salesman. Mike was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly and caring about all aspects of the transaction. Our final decision was the family-owned atmosphere of the dealership. They definitely care about the buyer and want them to make the best decision based on their needs. I appreciate the fact that Forrester was not pushy in any way. I did contact the Sales Manager to get resolution .Also, I requested that my phone be re-synced to the car and the sales team and tech staff were unable to address this request. I was able to do myself after referring to the manuel. I am a Sales Manager in my profession and note that after sales care is as important as the sale itself! More

We were so pleased that we then purchased a second, used vehicle, a Ford Escape to replace another second car we had. There was none of the back and forth on prices and trade values that we have been used to in the recent past with other dealers. We felt confident that we were getting a good value on our purchase and trade. The only down side to this purchase was the number of "add ons" recommended by the dealer. We are pleased to do business with this established dealership. We had the feeling that they would "take care of us" in our service, warranty issues etc. Travis did a good job of getting us started on understanding all the technology in our new car and offered to help us with anything that we did not understand. We did not buy a Lincoln but we felt they treated us as if we had. More
