Good car buying experience on a rainy day with Larry Howell. Larry Howell was friendly, helpful, courteous, and completely knowledgeable with regard to any questions I had. He pointed a couple of items on the used car which I chose that he thought might present issues for me so that I wouldn't be surprised later on, and worked with the service department to make a quick repair to a window switch so that I was able to pick up the car within an hour of when I walked onto the lot. I will return to Forrester Lincoln in the future and hope to see Larry there. I recommend Forrester to anyone. More

GREAT SERVICE SHOP & BODY SHOP I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I bought a Mountaineer from Forrester like six years ago, I never thought to get my ten year old Ford Explorer serviced there - until last month. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! From the moment I called to book an appointment and an appraisal on the body work, to the time I picked it up - it was just great - and MY CAR HAS NEVER RUN SO WELL!!! They are terrific. I needed four new tires to pass inspection (original tires on there - 100K). I really thought I would have to take it to Costco for the tires - but NO..... they came up with GREAT tires at the Costco price AND a warranty from the dealership! I just can't explain how great the customer service AND the fantastic mechanical service is here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! The end cost was $1000 LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED - LESS???? HOW IS IT LESS??? BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HONEST AND RELIABLE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Thank you all so much again! PS: TOBY ROCKS!!! He took care of us buying our car six years ago - and should have just kept coming back.
