First of all, I have been a customer of Forest City Honda since 1992. But, on Friday February 4, 2022, I had the worst experience with a dealership I've have ever. We went to attempt to trade our current lea since 1992. But, on Friday February 4, 2022, I had the worst experience with a dealership I've have ever. We went to attempt to trade our current lease auto for a new auto. The offers presented to us were ridiculous. The Sales Manager acted as if it was a terrible task to have to work with anyone. I told the rep there was no way. No counter offer, nothing, more than happy to see us walk away. Evidently 30 years of loyalty means nothing to the dealership. I have had every Honda I've owed serviced there. For the past 13 years I drive an hour and a half for sales and service. This was disappointing and disheartening. Last Thursday the rep did text me, but seemed confused as to why I was upset. If the dealership continues to treat long time customers like this, they will no be able to survive. More

On a very cold Sunday morning my car refused to start. I waited until the next day and warmer temperatures to go to the dealer to check on my battery. They took me immediately, without an appointment, checked the battery (it was the original for a 2016 Civic) and got me a new one. What a relief! More
