Service writers and techs get 5 stars! Customer service is excellent! Techs get it right the first time. My issue is your building is too small, lot is extremely crowded, and waiting area for customers is pretty bleak. Was there in afternoon, coffee with 1/2 inch left smelled. Popcorn was almost gone. Water in cooler was nice. Restrooms are clean but way outdated. You need a new building. Plus, you’d get more cars from Honda. P.S. Air condition your service department. You’d be amazed how productivity would increase. I’ll be back for future service! More
