Will never buy a car from them again. If you decide, check everything! Lied to me about what I owed on my trade, I told them that’s over, they assured me that what ever the amount was the If you decide, check everything! Not true, they didn’t send the overage and if I didn’t pay attention they would have pocketed that money instead I got a refund check from the dealership. Got first place finish on my car, they left a delivery sticker on it and said they put the finish on my car, they just didn’t do the spot where the sticker was, it was an 8in by 3 in sticker so how could it have been missed! I don’t think they did it at all to be honest. They never called my insurance like they were supposed to and I find out almost a month later I didn’t have insurance on it, even though I was told they took care of all that. Called to speak to the manger and i haven’t gotten a phone call back. Now my insurance is trying to get the odometer statement for it which I was supposed to have and they never gave me that paperwork so now I don’t know what other paperwork I am missing. My husband and I buy a new car roughly every two years and have NEVER had an experience like this. Next new car our business will be taken elsewhere More
