I was told when I bought my brand new 2018 Odyssey that if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. This is my 3rd time bringing it in and every time the if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. This is my 3rd time bringing it in and every time they tell me they cant give a loaner car. Other than this my service was great. More

Forest City, Honda and my 2016 HRV I purchased my 2016 HRV from Forest City Honda. It was either the first, or one of the first shipments of this new model to arrive (early release). T I purchased my 2016 HRV from Forest City Honda. It was either the first, or one of the first shipments of this new model to arrive (early release). The sales department performed exceptionally and the service department has done the same. All service and after purchase items, including tires and weatherproof floor mats, have been provide by Forest City Honda.
