Forest City, Honda and my 2016 HRV I purchased my 2016 HRV from Forest City Honda. It was either the first, or one of the first shipments of this new model to arrive (early release). All service and after purchase items, including tires and weatherproof floor mats, have been provide by Forest City Honda. This vehicle has exceeded all expectations, and as long as I can afford it, and Forest City Honda remains as it has been, I will continue with the same. Thank You, Frank Price More

My service appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early out of courtesy and respect for other’s time. The garage door for service was still closed at 10:00. At approximately 10:10 a staff person asked why was I there? I identified myself and said I was there for a 10:00 o’clock service appointment. It took several more minutes to move cars that were parked inside the garage bay. I have been to Forest City Honda on two other occasions. I call ahead and schedule my appointments. So I don’t understand why I was not in the system. Is it customary to get a wash and vacuum during a service appointment? More
