It seems the work was done properly. However, waiting over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past. Also, the cost of an oil change over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past.
