Mechanics are good, but the service advisors need more training in my opinion, and the cashier is just flat out rude and grumpy. New Honda's use synthetic oil which lasts 10K miles, but they still recomm More

We are sorry about our Cashier. Training sessions will be held with her on customer service. Honda recommends 5-7 thousand miles but in our area, we recommend 5000 miles due to driving conditions. Thank you for your comments, that is the only way to improve our customer service.
