Previous review I am happy to say that I woul like to change my previous review although the site will not allow me to remove it...after my posting I was informed tha I am happy to say that I woul like to change my previous review although the site will not allow me to remove it...after my posting I was informed that the previous engine put in my car may have been a bad used engine purchase and that foreign affairs was going to honor my warranty and replace my engine...I'm happy to say that after a few weeks of driving it it is no longer overheating and engine seems fine. Frank and I may have bumped heads a few times but overall he kept his word and all I had to pay for were a few parts...I'm happy to say that the situation seems resolved and I woul recommend this business for service on foreign automobiles... In the wind again! I dropped by to look at a BMW M Roadster that was out at the moment, met Anesh who was very apologetic and left to fetch the car. While waiting... Frank (Cappuccino) Oritz kept me entertained with stories and quenched with the best cappuccino this side of the Pecos. Anesh returned with a beautiful specimen of one of the sexiest BMW convertibles on the market. Negotiations ensued and we struck a deal but could not pick up the car until the following Saturday where Anesh picked me up at my house and brought me to the dealership to finish the paperwork. I drove off with the wind in my hair once again! A very well equipped, comfortable dealership staffed with truly concerned people that, ALL, treated me with the best of respect. I find that type of treatment refreshing and exceptional here in SE Florida where NE rudeness seems to be the norm. (Update) I dropped by the dealership today to pick up a pair of floor mats. Jon Oritz summoned a service tech to install them for me. A pair of floor mats!!!! You just can't beat that type service, truly dedicated to the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. I had purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper from Foreign Affairs in 2013 and have recently been thinking of trading it in so I had mentioned it to Anesh. Within a few days I received a call with the best news ever, that they were selling a 2011 Mini Cooper Sport (John Cooper Works) edition. In a few hours I happily became the new owner of the Mini due to the quick paperwork and outstanding customer service. At Foreign Affairs, you are treated in the best way and never like a number (like at the larger dealerships). Thank you Foreign Affairs for such a great car buying experience!.... And for the delicious cappuccinos :) More
