My first expereince was when I called about looking at the car. It was a Saturday around 1:00 when I asked if the volvo was still for sale Jonathan told me yes, when I asked what time they closed he told the car. First impression EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We we test drove the car Jonathan was personable and helpful. We then made the deal. The stero in the car did not work, and it was agreed that as part of the deal the radio would e make to work either with getting us the code or replacment. When Jonathan could not get the code he ordered me a new stero. When I cam down to get the radio installed the service was excellent. I have told several friends that if they want to buy a car they should check with you guys, that the service is worth the drive. This has to be the best car buying expreince. Thanks! More

I was in search of a BMW convertible with very low miles and found it online at Foreign Affairs. Being from Illinois, I was somewhat reluctant to purchase from a Florida dealer until I read all of the posi and found it online at Foreign Affairs. Being from Illinois, I was somewhat reluctant to purchase from a Florida dealer until I read all of the positive reviews and found where they had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. I flew into West Palm Beach and contacted Fred when I flight landed. He was there to pick me up right as I got my luggage at the baggage claim. We drove to the dealership in a very short time, and Fred was just as much a gentleman in reality as he had been by telephone. As we drove up to the place of business, I could immediately see that they had removed the car I wanted to purchase from the showroom floor and had it sitting out in front of the dealership for my convenience. It was absolutely beautiful. The dealership was clean with many very nice vehicles. I was offered bottled water, coffee or whatever I wanted as we met to discuss paperwork. Working with Jonathan was easy; I found him to be a very bright young man who was professional and kind. He had the paperwork ready for me and explained everything thoroughly. He truly made the process a simple one. Fred took me to an array of keychains and allowed me to pick one of my choice. I had my keys in hand....driving away from the dealership within an hour. From West Palm Beach, I drove the car up the coast of Florida, through Georgia-Tennessee-Kentucky, and to my home in Illinois in a total of about 20 hours. The car was truly a dream to drive. I had no problems whatsoever, either with the car or the transaction. I unreservedly recommend this dealership. You really can't go wrong with them. More

Our salesperson Jonathan was very upfront and low pressure. Our sales transaction was quick and simple, even though we did not have our title on our trade in with us we still drove home in our new c pressure. Frank has been taking care of my BMW for several years. It needed more work and Frank said "Come up and see what I have for you". There is nothing I can say about this Foreign Affairs that is even close to bad. They are all friendly, the workmanship is superb and everyone is so professional. Frank Ortiz has set an example of what a great car repair shop should be and how to deal with customers in every positive way. They have a lounge for the customers that is very comfortable with coffee, expresso, water, etc. A big screen TV completes the area, and lots of new magazines. It is simply one of the best dealerships and car repair shops I have ever found, and I am glad I found it! They are fair, truthful, and honest. I cannot recommend them high enough.
