I recently had an oil change at Ford of Port Richey. It was my first time to have service there. It was easy to make an appointment online. I took advantage of a special so the cost was quite lower t It was my first time to have service there. It was easy to make an appointment online. I took advantage of a special so the cost was quite lower than other places around. I waited on the premises and it was a little longer than I had hoped, but all in all was reasonable. The service performed was good and it even included a car wash. More

Unfortunately very poor communication by all as I called 10 and 5 days ahead to alert of issues but upon arrival at 8:30am nothing was noted, was told loner would be available - nothing was, called after 3p 10 and 5 days ahead to alert of issues but upon arrival at 8:30am nothing was noted, was told loner would be available - nothing was, called after 3pm and told vehicle would not be done that day when all knew I was only in town for 12 hours, service was to call me back with details regarding completion by 4pm but failed to. I called back at 5pm and was told service rep had left for the day but a shuttle was headed to pick me up. No one called up tell me vehicle was done or that anyone was headed to me. More
