When we moved to Port Richey in 2018, my F-350 was due for routine maintenance. I made an afternoon reservation at Ford of Port Richey and went shopping for a new car for my wife, while the truck was be for routine maintenance. Later that afternoon, the truck was finished and we were the proud owners of a beautiful 2018 Fusion. We got a great deal on the car. I had a great experience with both the sales and service departments. Both vehicle have been back to Ford of Port Richey for maintenance and repairs ever since. Both vehicles received their scheduled maintenance in April, and Cayden was my service writer for both. In fact, Cayden has been the service writer who coordinated all of the work on my vehicles for the past 2 years or more. He does an excellent job advising me which services are needed AND which are not. I truly appreciate his honesty. He keeps me informed on the progress of the work, especially if there are unexpected delays or unexpected issues. Lastly, I appreciate repeatedly working with someone I trust. I don't know if Ford of Port Richey assigns repeat customers to the previous service writer or if I've just been lucky to repeatedly draw Cayden. More
