When I bought my car, I was told I had a year of oil changes. When I took my car in I was told I already had my two free oil changes. They were running a special for $15 and still insisted on charging me even though I was told a year, not a specific number of oil changes. I called the General Manager who helped negotiate the deal and I never got a call back. Again, bad communication. The service department didn't pick up the miscommunication and make the customer happy. More
