Made appointment through a live person as I prefer it. Brought car in as I had screw in drivers side front tire. Decided to have all four tires replaced as they were the original tires seven years old. Co Brought car in as I had screw in drivers side front tire. Could not get same tires as they were discontinued so my service agent ( Caden ) found Michelin tires buy three get one free. Much better tires than before. Also replaced battery as it was same age. Had oil change. Has to leave car as the tires would come in next day. They gave me ride home and next day picked me up. Very pleased with Caden he is very professional and the service is done efficiently and in a clean manner. More

The level of commitment I have for writing this review, after two major hurricanes have devastated our lives, should tell you everything you need to know about our experience here. My husband and I purchased a vehicle at this dealership on 09/11/2024 and had the unfortunate experience of working with Christian, the "Finance Director". When we asked to see the numbers on paper for the optional add ons he was trying to sell us, he originally said he couldn't do that. First red flag. Makes more sense now though knowing that he misrepresented the terms of the agreement so that he could write up a sales contract for a higher interest rate than what we agreed upon and were already approved for with the sales team. We were not given hard copies of our signed paperwork, instead we were given a flash drive that turned out to be empty. When we brought this to attention, we were told by Christian he would overnight the paperwork to us, which was a lie because he never did. We had to go back to the dealership, and were given another flash drive, which had a file on it that could not be opened. I returned yet again on 09/21/2024 for copies of our paperwork and FINALLY was given ONLY the documents that were electronically signed with Christian in Finance. When I could see the incorrect interest rate on paper finally, I was told by Christian that nothing could be done that day because our lienholder's dealer services department was closed. This was another lie, as I called and confirmed otherwise with my lienholder after our conversation. Christian also told me that he could not provide me the other half of our signed paperwork that was completed with the sales team because it was already "in storage". When I asked where storage was, if it was onsite, I got an avoidant answer about how nobody could go and get this paperwork for me at that time. Couldn't confirm this to be true but given the experience thus far, I've concluded this was also a lie. He promised me he would "hand deliver" this other set of paperwork to me, which has yet to happen. This was the paperwork that included the original terms that we agreed upon with the correct interest rate. To date, the only options I've been given to correct this misrepresentation have been to 1) keep the terms (no change), 2) return the car, or 3) take the original, lower, agreed upon interest rate for a higher monthly payment which was not a monthly payment we agreed upon. None of which are acceptable. With all that being said, buyer beware. The sales team (Ryan, Nick, and Michael) were okay and Aria in Service was great, but our experience with Christian in Finance has been horrendous. We will never do business here again - we won't even use the complimentary services that were offered to us as part of our purchase. We do not recommend this dealership to anyone and will continue to share our feedback with others. More
