Rayann was great. However, the shop in the back is terrible. I took my truck in twice for the same issue . The techs told me my tires were the problem and performed a However, the shop in the back is terrible. I took my truck in twice for the same issue . The techs told me my tires were the problem and performed a forced Road Balance. Afterward, I took my truck to Firestone to see if I could get new tires within my warranty. The tech took me under the truck and showed me my tires really weren't bad. However, both my rear shocks were leaking fluid which Ford completely missed in their assessment. Firestone asked to rotate the tires and rebalance them. They told me that both front tires weights were off, even though Ford had just completed the forced Road Balance. I replaced my tires as Ford suggested. The issue I am having remains even with new tires and shocks, and now my truck is out of warranty so if it is a drive train related problem I have to pay out of pocket. This dealership has been going down hill my first visit I had to ask 2 service writers to please stop swearing in front of my 8 year old daughter and to keep there conversation appropriate instead of talking about feet finder and other websites I really don't want my daughter to know exists. More
