Disappointed! Needed "reg." oil chg - good to go ... BUT readout still reads "OIL CHANGE REQUIRED" - NO ONE reset the car's "memory." Tried texting service rep (Cadan?) - no response. My service rep was extremely helpful gave me a great deal on new tires fixed my problem that I came in for which happened to be under warranty and I was at 37,000+ miles but it was drivetrain and whoever did on new tires fixed my problem that I came in for which happened to be under warranty and I was at 37,000+ miles but it was drivetrain and whoever did the service excellent job my 2018 King Ranch diesel has another round better thank you very much More

Was greeted quickly and car was signed in fairly fast. The service was quick for my oil change. Disappointed the car was not under the apron. I had to walk out to the parking lot.
