I worked with Erica Harvey regarding my 2006 Ford Ranger. Erica assisted me with the recalled air bags. I had to contact her back requesting the outcome. She just stated denied. Custoner to pay. I was in quite a predicament had just bought a new to me vehicle from another dealership there was something wrong with the vehicle and the original dealership sold overnight and wanted nothing to do with f vehicle from another dealership there was something wrong with the vehicle and the original dealership sold overnight and wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem. After sitting at their service center for a week. On a whim I called Ford and was connected with a service associate Nathaniel who made me instantly calm and assured me he would get the vehicle in and taken care of. Nathaniel kept in touch every step of the way and had the vehicle fixed and returned to me within a week. Nathaniel seems to have a great passion for his job and is most definitely an asset to your Ford family. We are a Ford family and we will never take our vehicles anywhere else! More
