Disappointing experience- very frustrating—- have the truck in AGAIN for the same issue- I understand that good technician is difficult to find - but hopefully the 3rd time is a charm. Frank was the 1st truck in AGAIN for the same issue- I understand that good technician is difficult to find - but hopefully the 3rd time is a charm. Frank was the 1st service consultant. The dealership had our truck for just a few days over 1 month. Got the truck back and left on a weekend getaway with my wife.. we got stranded in Saint Augustine. It seemed the tech forgot to put back the 2 bolts used to secure the shifter. Had it towed to Bozeman ford. - they called frank and he paid the bill. Took back a little over a month ago- some how I have Steve’s number for your store - talked to him and he said he would set me back up to have Caden as my advisor - $500 and a sensor later , still experiencing issues. How much more &$$$$$$ will I be paying for the recurring issue. When I dropped the car off Monday, was in the office signing paperwork for the loaner at the desk and there were 2 gentleman and one woman discussing their trip to the hard rock the night before they were using profanity loosely—- I look at the lady behind the desk and she just shrugged her shoulders. Probably wasn’t a good idea to ask me how my experience was….. More
