I also purchased a warranty with my car and was told I coul Warranty issue is currently being resolved. I purchased a used car in mid June of 2011. I also purchased a warranty with my car and was told I could cancel said warranty at any time by phone. I attempted to cancel the warranty by phone in mid July and was told I had the cancel by email. I sent the email and got a reply from Jerry Cohen saying he would cancel the warranty. It was not canceled within the promised 6 weeks. Called again and talked to George who stated i must come by in person to cancel. I informed him that I live in Tennessee and cannot drive to Florida just to sign a piece of paper. George sent the form by fax and I filled it out completely and faxed it back in mid September, along with a copy of the email from Jerry stating he would cancel the warranty. I waited 6 more weeks and it still was not canceled. I have called back multiple times since then and got the run around. I talked to George mid November and he said they had lost the papers I had faxed and would cancel the warranty as soon as possible. It is now the 1st of February 2012 and the warranty is still not canceled. I have attempted to contact the dealerships today and cannot get through. I have called for 1 hour and the have gotten a disconnected signal. More

I would recommend to any american costumer but not to any brazilian as me becouse your dealer can not give a exportation document we need in our country like any ohter dealer near Miami can. I use the internet to buy most everything, but this was the first time that I used a website to buy a car! I found a used mitsubishi online and the autotrader links lead me to Ford/Mitsubishi of Port Rich the first time that I used a website to buy a car! When I got to the dealership they had the car in front and waiting for me. VERY PROFESSIONAL! The price was great, my credit was pre approved and my payment was within 1 dollar of the estimate. I LOVE PORT RICHEY FORD/MITSUBISHI!!!this was by far the greatest experience ever, from working with Jeff (who was awesome!!) to the owner who made me coffee on the dealerships new coffee machine; to George greatest experience ever, from working with Jeff (who was awesome!!) to the owner who made me coffee on the dealerships new coffee machine; to George in finance...everyone was great and really seemed to care about meeting my automobile and financial needs...and my coffee needs too:) I will definintely recommend Port Richey Ford to everyone I know....and I will be back again for all of my automotive needs!
