Trade a truck in for another one I traded my truck in for another one and I just received a phone call (02/09/2016) they never payed the other truck off and is 16 days pass due now. They promised a $250.00 referral fee and it was hard to get this out of them. it took over a month and a call to the manager. If this late payoff affects my credit score I will sue ford I promise you on this. More
we were ripped of for $8000.00 then mocked by employees we traded in our 2013 mustang on a 2013 hyundai, thinking it would be eaiser for me to get in, and out of due to my stroke. after about a month we had we traded in our 2013 mustang on a 2013 hyundai, thinking it would be eaiser for me to get in, and out of due to my stroke. after about a month we had to travel to ny due to my father in laws passing. this was of a course a horrible trip because of his death, but this hyundai just made it that much worse. horrible road noise to were you cannot here each other talk, horrible ride, hydroplaning in the rain (very scary) etc...so we went and ask our friendly neighborhood ford dealer to help us out. oh yeah, they were they ready! they offered us $8000.00 less for the car that we bought from them 6 weeks earlier...and charging full blown sticker price on a new ford...on top of that they strung us along for weeks, saying they were working on it...horrible experience, rude employees... i thought i was going to have another stroke from trying to deal with these people. so once again the little guy gets screwed...i hope we can get some help from the BBB More

I thought I wanted a 4 door short bed, but was more impressed with the Super Cab 2 Door. I love the ride of this vehicle-smooth as my previous import, maybe better. The other sales and finance staff were all very helpful and explained my options in detail that I could understand. Everyone at Ford of Port Richey was friendly and glad to help. The best buying experience I have ever had. My previous vehicle - The Staff was not friendly, pushing warranty programs I didn't need for a lease vehicle. They also would not get me out of my lease into something else. So needless to say I am very happy to be dealing with a dealership that cares about their customers. More

I found out that all of the people working there are in this together about taking advantage of the customer. I found out first hand believe me. They weren't paying off my truck til I threatened to put my story about them on the internet. Then they overnighted the payoff to my truck. But I still have not received my rebate of $500 that I am suppose to get in the mail. Stay away from ford of port richey. They'll tell you everything you want to hear. Domingo was our salesman. STAY AWAY from them. You'll thank me for it !!!!! More

Mike was completely untruthful man when I dealt with him. I was overcharged by $ 3,000 dollars because I didn't know better. I admit fault, I went into the dealership without the necessary knowledge of my purchase. I trusted Mike and everyone I dealt with to be honest and fair. I made a huge mistake. I will never do business with Ford Of Port Richey again ! More
