It’s unfortunate that every time I go in for minimal service the service advisor ALWAYS finds something else wrong. Just change my oil, please. Worst experience ever ! We waited 5 month for a part there, we purchased a F150 Raptor there which needed a part of the front bumber , they ordered it and never called us ba We waited 5 month for a part there, we purchased a F150 Raptor there which needed a part of the front bumber , they ordered it and never called us back ! I finally got an appointment for the part to install , then they told me I have to wait 2 hours. I took the part home , we installed it in 20 min ourselves. Never go back there for service. Braedon was my sales rep, absolute pleasure working with this guy. I originally came in wanting to spend around 20k looking for an older model. But he was able to work me out a great deal on a 23 explorer w this guy. I originally came in wanting to spend around 20k looking for an older model. But he was able to work me out a great deal on a 23 explorer which the whole family has loved driving the past week. Out the door warranty etc. around 36k. I’m very pleased with the sales process. He took his time to show me multiple deals and put up with me beating the price as much as I could. Curt in financing was great as well he took the time to customize my warranty to fit my budget answering 101 questions me and my son had. Even gave my boy one of those prank mugs to prank his teacher with 10/10. Amazing staff! Truly living up to the Ford Name. More

I bought a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse, which I was not looking for, but ended u staff that we interacted with, and my sales representative Kyle Guthrie. I bought a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse, which I was not looking for, but ended up at this dealership from Orlando with an offer I could not refuse. Kyle send me a personal video of the car and treated me like I was his relative. I found my interactions with him to be honest, respectful, and very attentive to my questions. I contacted other dealership in my area and found them to be the complete opposite. Hands down I will be recommending others to reach out to Ford of Port Richey and Kyle Guthrie. More
