I am rather old (75) so I did most of my initial shopping on line. After some on line shopping, I selected Ford Of Londonderrty, both jeff and Bob followed up and found the exact vehicle at another dealersh on line. Upon arriving at the dealership to move forward I was advised that the dealer that had the vehicle now had a buyer for it and was unwilling to transfer it to Ford of Londonderry. At that point I was rather disgusted, but also realized it was not their fault and they offered to go ahead and order another totally new vehicle with everything I wanted and still maintain the same trade in value for my 2018 Ford F-150. In short, I feel that they more than made good on their initial truck trade in and purchase price of a new Ford F-150. I am very satisfied and feel that they treated me very fairly.
