I recently had the experience of dealing with Jeff Brunini at Ford of Londonderry while shopping for a new vehicle. I can only say that the experience was next to none. I had done all the research beforehand and during our dealings Mr. Brunini was as up-to-date on everything as I was. It was comforting to know he takes as much pride as the customer themselves in getting his customer into the right vehicle for them. I have since been back for regular maintenance and must also compliment the service department. They are consistently friendly, courtious, and accomodating. I have been to many dealerships over the years and Ford of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant sale of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant salesperson, I felt very comfortable that I wasn't being "sold" a vehicle, more so trying to get the right fit, which ended up being a new Ford Edge which my wife loves. I can be skeptical when it comes to any business dealings, but I felt comfortable and at home at Ford of Londonderry. From the initial test drive, and believe me we drove a few, to finally deciding on one, the experience with the rest of the folks down the line was seamless. Getting a nice handshake and meeting with the General Manager of the dealership after the deal was done, doesn't happen everywhere. After a short time with the car, my wife had a self inflicted run in with concrete girder in a parking lot at 5mph, but there was damage to the door and fender and it was only a couple of months old. So I called the dealership and before I knew it she had a car to drive while their auto body shop went to work. In short order the car was complete and you would never know it had any cosmetic damage, looked as nice as when we first got it. There service is so good in fact that when it came to buying a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to purchase my new 2008 Ford Fusion from Londonderry Ford. Just one example of their great service that comes to mind happened a few years ago when I was out of town on travel for a work assignment. My wife was home with our new born son when she noticed a problem with our 2008 Escape. My wife called the service area and brought the Escape in for service after work. Since my car was at the airport this left my wife and new born with no transportation. However, Mike and his team setup my wife with a temporary car, instructed her that the repairs would be complete by the end of the next day and even installed the child car seat into the temporary vehicle (and back into the Escape when the repairs were complete). I really appreciate the help Mike and his team gave my wife. Over the past few years this is the level of service we've come to expect from Londonderry Ford, and is the reason why we keep going back. My 17 year old daughter was in need of a car. I am a single mom and went alone to numerous car dealerships in NH. I felt like every dealership I went to was trying to take advantage of me and every car that I looked at (at least 20) was a piece of junk. The last dealership I went to in manchester actually had me in tears because the car they wanted to sell me actually had a 1 foot rip right on the hood. My Mom referred me to Lee. I called lee and explained that I needed a reliable car for my daughter and told him I had approx $6500 to spend. He told me he would keep his eye out for me and call as soon as he had something he thought I would like. Lee kept his word and called in about 2 weeks saying I think I found it! It was a Rodeo Izuzu in mint condition...Lee actually took it to a garage for me and paid out of his own pocked for the mechanic to look it over. Also this car was stickered at over $7000 which Lee knew was over my budget so without hesitation or me asking, he got the price down to what I had to spend! Never was there any pressure or stress when puchasing this vehicle...Lee made sure I loved the car and still calls once in awhile to see how its running...and it is running great!! Lee is the only one I will purchase any car from in the future and when I hear of anyone looking for a vehicle I will say dont go anywhere else but to see Lee at Ford of Londonderry!
