I am a fleet manager and can drop a car off anytime and get the same service as if I had scheduled service a month in advance. The service and parts prices are the same and most of the time better then the chain stores hackers. At FOL you get the quality of factory trained professionals and everyone is treated the same no matter what your economic statues is in society. I have never seen a cutomer talked down to and a complete explaination for all work done or work needed to be done is a given. More

When my truck is in the shop, I'm not working and he knows that. He and the service guys at Londonderry Ford have never disappointed. I've yet to purchase a vehicle from Londonderry Ford, but when the time comes for a new truck, you can be sure i'll look there first. I've spoken with Jeff Brunini many times about vehicles they have on lot and I use their rental fleet of vans frequently for different jobs, as well as personally, and you can't beat it. The price is great, and they always have one ready for me. Jeff is always ready and willing to help, and always has the information I'm looking for.
