I was considering turning my Jeep, Wrangler in and I was not sure what brand or even make of a new motor vehicle I wanted or could afford. I knew I wanted a four wheel drive. I had stopped by one other dealership in Massachusetts and got the run around, and several phone calls. I bought at the Ford of Londonderry initial because of the salesperson. He discussed a fair price for the trade in I had and for the Ford, Escape that I bought. If he and the Sales Manager did not act as professional as they did and discuss the sale in the way that they did I would have probably waited, and may not have bought a new motor vehicle. They were very professional,helpful, and fair. I am not someone who has always had a great experience at a car dealership, so for me to give them a five star rating really means something.
