Alan/Service Advisor was very informative and detailed in explaining to me the issues needing repair on my vehicle. He coordinated my courtesy ride to and from work and was flexible in working with me when explaining to me the issues needing repair on my vehicle. I had my vehicle diagnosed with an issue from a previous shop but when they couldn't figure out how to fix it I decided it was time to bring my vehicle into a dealership. My service Rep was Justin. After the diagnosis Justin explained how they had found other issues my shop had missed. I was bummed that there was more issues than I expected but glad they found the correct problem.
