I have been buying Fords from this dealership for many years. The car I just purchased is the first since the dealership has changed ownership. The price was competive and the usually painful experience of the paper work was made very very simple. The features on this car are numerous and the explanation and attentiveness to detail was very meticulous and any and all questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. I attempted to find this vehicle at just about every dealer in the state of N.H. There just was not any available and RogerTalini told me that He would find one and he did so. the others tried to sell us what they had in stock and the color and options were just not right. I was alsotold that I could order it and it would take 10 to 12 weeksto get.I am also in the market for a new ford pickup in the near future and you can be rest assured Ford ofLondonderry will be my first and hopefully last stop. More

Had an opportunity to almost purchased a new Ford fusion. We worked out the deal and came to a price. When we came in the next day to actually buy the car, we found that the price had been raised one thousan We worked out the deal and came to a price. When we came in the next day to actually buy the car, we found that the price had been raised one thousand dollars! When we asked why the price was different, and significantly higher than the day before, they were not able to give us an answer. Basically, they said "that's the deal, Take it or leave it". Well we simply left the dealership and went to find another car. They then began calling us 4 to 5 times over the next hour and eventually drop the price down to the original bargained for amount. In my opinion this is a very poor business practice. We are never going to have anything to do with those people again. The Fusion is a nice car, but those whores sell it. They will never got a get a dime from this family. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! More

My husband had shopped for a new car for quite a long time. At the beginning of my search, I was interested in an Escape, until I drove an Edge - then I was sold. We're very happy we came to Ford of Londonderry, as we found doing business there to be a very pleasant experience. Our Salesman, Geoff was not only very knowledgeable, but very patient in answering all of our questions; he walked us through all of the new technology (which was new to us), and often told us to call him anytime with questions we may not have remembered at the time. He had a great personality and was so down to earth. We love our new Edge - special attention was given to get us exactly what we wanted, i.e., the exterior/interior colors, to mention a few. More
