I have brought my vehicle to Londonderry Ford for all my service needs since I bought it new in 2006 from a dealer in Ma. When I bring my explorer in for repairs I deal with the same service writer his name is Michael Colotti he go’s above and beyond to make sure your trip the service dept is painless. Bruce was very helpful bring the new truck to my office knowing that we didnt have alot of time to leave for periods of time through out the day. Dealing with Ford of Londonderry was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman, Tom Doyle, in particular. Tom is definitely a straight-shooter and his enthusiasm for his job is a cut above the rest. Tom went above and beyond explaining the car and its features to us, much more than any dealership ever took the time to do. The next story, I’d like to share, should prove what a great guy Tom truly is. On the evening of our scheduled pickup, Tom was reviewing the Sync system with us. My phone had a mind of its own that evening and wasn’t cooperating with us when it came to ‘pairing’ it with Sync. After numerous unsuccessful tries, Tom then suggested that we (him included!) go to the local Verizon Wireless store, my cell provider, for some further troubleshooting assistance. Our visit there lasted from about 6pm to 8pm, and Tom was there every step of the way. He is very technical in nature and clearly took the reigns at being our advocator on the subject at hand. He led the conversation with Verizon and demonstrated to them the issues at hand. As it turned out, my cell phone needed a simple firmware upgrade and has thus worked ever since. I am certain that any other person would have just told me to “go figure it out” and to come back “when it's fixed.” Not Tom. After our many apologies to him, he always replied “this is part of my job.” Tom took time away from the sales floor to make sure our issues were resolved that night. He never once made us feel like a nuisance and we were always welcomed to call him whenever. He is truly not just there for the final sale; and as in his own words, “It's today, tomorrow, and always” if we were to ever need him from additional questions or further support in the future. I couldn’t say enough about this dealership. From start to finish, it was simply the best. At the age of 52 I was able to get the truck of my dreams, but I was not looking forward to dealing with a salesmen. A friend of mine had told me to go to Ford of Londonderry because he had worked wit dreams, but I was not looking forward to dealing with a salesmen. A friend of mine had told me to go to Ford of Londonderry because he had worked with them many times and was very happy. So I did. The dealership, the sales staff, in fact the entire experience was surprisingly enjoyable. All my questions were answered, sometimes more than once. I don't usually consider getting work done to my car a pleasure, but they exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing fair, but they were able to work around my busy schedule and completed the service ahead of schedule (rare). Michael was not only knowledgeable, but also a true professional.
