I felt Daryn Turner went to great lengths to make it possible for me to purchase a 2011 Ford Escape. Although my credit is near perfect, I was upside down on my trade in. I called Bob and asked about inventory, he verified all the info immediately what vehicles he had and took the extra step to GO OUT TO THE LOT AND PHYSICALLY SEE that vehicle was indeed in stock and available. We set a time, Bob had vehicle ready for test drive when we arrived and took the time to show us the features on the Transit which was very important to us. After test drive we were able to work together cleanly and quickly on a fair price, and they gave me the financing options I asked for and provided an excellent rate.
