this is the first time i have dealt with a dealership on my own and purchased a brand new car on my own. I am very pleased with the service i received each time i go in there. BJ in the colision center went out of his way to set up with my insurance carrier to set up a direct pay service so i can continue to go there for assistance. They send you coupons in the mail all the time for service. Would definitely buy another car thru them again. No hassel or power plays cuz i am a female either. very happy! More

Daryn Turner greeted us when we entered the dealership and introduced us to Chris, whom we had been talking to on the internet and phone. I got a great deal on a used Ford Edge, which is the car I really wanted, and was suprised at what I got for my trade in. I would highly reccommend Ford of Londonderry. Everyone I met at Ford of Londonderry is very friendly and has a good sence of humor. They are very professional and knowledgable. Twice Geoff stayed after hours to help me with my purchase. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Lee was very helpful and friendly. I'm possibly interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the next year or so and he was more then willing to go through the cars helpful and friendly. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. THEN told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. a week brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. Best part is that I brought my car to another garage and they told me my pads were fine and it passed inspection. So yeah I wouldn't recommend Ford of Londonderry NH to anyone. More

I would like to take a moment to thank the young gentleman at your Dealership, Mr. Michael Colotti. My family and I were on vacation and had experienced engine problems with our van and were quite gentleman at your Dealership, Mr. Michael Colotti. My family and I were on vacation and had experienced engine problems with our van and were quite frustrated with the fact we were on vacation and not in our city to deal with this. He sensed this immediately and quickly put us at ease assuring us he would make sure everything would be taken care of and we would be on our way in no time, enabling us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. True to his word his team worked on our van immediately and put us in a rental car allowing us to venture out instead of sitting in the dealership with our two young and very active children. This experience turned out to be a very minor obstacle in our vacation instead of a huge roadblock!!!! Mr. Colotti was absolutely remarkable and a genuine pleasure to deal with. I recommend Mr. Colotti, and the rest of the Ford Londonderry crew to anyone who needs their car serviced with extremely fair prices, excellent service and great quality of work conducted in a very timely matter.
