The body shop. Let me begin by asking WHERE IS THE LAST REVIEW I POSTED? I had a hood painted and replaced on my 1992 Ford mustang. The missed a couple of spot with the paint, screwed up the paint on one REVIEW I POSTED? I had a hood painted and replaced on my 1992 Ford mustang. The missed a couple of spot with the paint, screwed up the paint on one of my fenders and the hood was no aligned properly. Ok so that's not the worst part. The neglected to the safety latch and spring on the hood as per federal standards. That's what "pops" your hood when you pull the handle inside your car and then find the lever under your hood to lift it. Follow me? Well apparently my hood did not latch properly the last time I closed it, (adjustment?) and I went for a drive. When I got on I-93 the hood flew open at about 50MPH! Of course there is a lot of damage but thank god it did not fly off and injure another motorist! There is no doubt about their neglect to either install a new spring and safety, (about an $8.00 part) since part of what they did was paint the new hood and the bolts that should hold the safety catch are painted over. I could probably file some sort of law suit but just don't want anything to do with that place again. NOT REINSTALL AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF SAFEY EQUIPMENT!, are you kidding me? I've read all the other reviews and apparently they only post the good ones and not the negative ones so I would not be surprised if this one "gets lost" somehow but I, as all of you that do your diligence want to know the WHOLE story and not just what they decide to post. Work such as this should leave serious doubt in anyones mind as to whether or not they "trust" this dealership with their safety. A lot more could have happened to not only me but others as well. Their veracity is dashed and their trustworthiness does not exist. Why should we have to check work performed on our vehicles out of fear for our safety? I will be using Patch and yelp to further alert others. Oh yes, I own a restaurant not too far from this dealership and I just love being out in the dining room with my clients, all 7000 of them each month so guess what I will be talking about! I hope the "proof reader" of reviews does their job and posts ALL reviews. More

I was searching for a hard to find vehicle and my company was doing the final purchase. There were obstacles that needed to be addressed and both Bob and Roger went out of their way to overcome them. This wa was doing the final purchase. There were obstacles that needed to be addressed and both Bob and Roger went out of their way to overcome them. This was not an easy sale but with the profesionalism of the people involved they made it happen for me. I take my hat off to Bob and Roger for their professionalism and hard work to get this done. Bob also took the time to make sure that when I left the dealership with my new vehicle, I understood every option and how it worked. GREAT JOB GUYS! This is a class act dealership. More

This was the fourth new car I have purchased in my lifetime, and this was by far the most pleasurable experience I have had. He came into work on his day off so we could finalize my sale. He has told me that I can come in anytime I need anything or don't understand something about the car. I am getting a new phone and when I do, he is going to help me set up the system. I would work with him again. More
I came to Londonderry to test drive a new Explorer after visiting a couple of other dealerships with mixed results. I wanted to drive one for a second time before making my final decision. After calling a visiting a couple of other dealerships with mixed results. I wanted to drive one for a second time before making my final decision. After calling and speaking to Bruce Boutin on my way there, I was pleased to see that he had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived. Other dealerships either didn't have one to drive or were not as accomodating. Bruce spent a good amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and showing all that the car had to offer. I chose Londonderry because of that experience. When I settled on the Explorer and began the actual buying process, I was treated equally well by Jim Nartiff and David Farrand. They both kept in touch with me during the locate process (we had to locate from another dealer because I was pretty specific in what I wanted) and everything went smoothly. Chuck Cote in Finance had everything prepared when I came to pick up the vehicle and the process was much easier than other car purchases that I remember. No last minute curveballs. Jim showed me how to use and customize a lot of my new features and I was happily driving my new vehicle home. More
