Although I did not purchase my Ford from your dealership, I certainly will in the future. He spent a good deal of time going through the different F150 configurations and options with me, test driving, etc. to find the right fit for me. Also, he really went the extra mile when delivering the truck going through all of the options, setting up my Ford Sync, etc. I give Tom and Ford of Londonderry high marks! More

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this dealership. I ordered a new Escape SE and waited the 6 weeks it took for it to arrive. When it did, it came in as an Escape SEL. It received at this dealership. I ordered a new Escape SE and waited the 6 weeks it took for it to arrive. When it did, it came in as an Escape SEL. It took 9 days to notify me of this mistake. When I was told of the error (which was their error not mine), I was told that there was no way that I could have the car that already arrived unless I paid the full amount for the upgrade. I thought it would be fair to split the $2500 difference, but the dealership refused. I was told I'd have to wait for another car to be ordered. I asked for them to throw in some kind of incentive to make up for the incontinence of waiting further for the car. I mentioned some money off the car or to extend the warranty. Dave the manager said "he could maybe throw in an oil change or two". Even though this error was completely Ford's mistake, I am the only one being inconvenienced. Don't buy here. Go to a dealership that values their customers. More

Couldn't get me financed as they only offered me $500 for my trade (and it was a Ford). Finance guy doesn't return calls. I did purchase elsewhere, got financed and they gave me $2500 for my vehicle.
