I went in just to purchase a fuse last week for my truck. The service manager (shawn?) pulled the truck in a replaced the fuse for me no questions asked. (Used was not available for what we needed in Londonderry). Based on this service experience my next vehicle will definitely come from Londonderry Ford as the service far surpasses other dealers. I never felt pressured to have unnecessary work done. Their staff is efficient, accommodating & friendly. I purchased my 2011 from Daryn Turner and was pleasantly surprised to see he is still there! He helped me decide on all the details of my new car. The waiting was tough but Daryn kept me updated. Can't recommend this dealership enough. More
