Shady service practices My wife took her Taurus in for an inspection and was told she needed rear brakes soon. She made an appointment and we dropped it off. Receiving a call she was told the brake cylinder was leaking contaminating the brake shies, total for rear brakes was almost $800. When I talked with the service advisor he said the cylinders leaked and needed to be replaced which costs a lot. I refused service knowing this was over priced. Londonderry Ford changed $89 for looking at the vehicle. Now the horrible part. I took the vehicle to another reputable mechanic and we removed the wheel drums. The car had almost 75% of the brake shows left and no sign of brake fluid leak on either side. Londonderry Ford either lied or are very incompetent. My son in law bought his Ford Fusion at Londonderry Ford and when he reached 30k miles he went in for an oil change and was informed his transmission fluid should be changed, trusting the service advisor he did at about $250. After hearing this I told my son in law to check the service manual, transmission fluid and filter change is recommended at 150k not 30k. Londonderry Ford took prayed on his trust. I am not a certified mechanic but know enough to do the work, these are shady practices. I purchased 2 vehicles including the Taurus from Londonderry Ford, that is the last time and no service from them at all. Unacceptable. More

If you got good credit or no credit and a cosigner your good Nice cars, price is what they ask. They don't seem to budge on price. Bruce was great tho really nice guy. Bottom line, wouldn't recommend if you have bad/no credit unless you want to drop 5 grand down or have a cosigner. If you got $$$ and credit they will most definitely work with you and they have alot of really clean cars. Plus they offer a pretty good warranty program for used cars. More

Good people to work with I test drove a 2012 Honda Pilot at Ford of Londonderry and found an issue (the windshield wiper motor had been damaged by someone turning it on before I test drove a 2012 Honda Pilot at Ford of Londonderry and found an issue (the windshield wiper motor had been damaged by someone turning it on before clearing snow and ice after a recent snowstorm), but I liked the vehicle other than that and put it high on my list as continued to test drive other Pilots with similar years and mileage. I stayed in touch with the salesman, Tim Finnegan, who was very helpful through the process. They were willing to negotiate a little on the price, but even so, I thought I had found a better value elsewhere. However, that deal fell deal through a week later when I went to pick up the vehicle because the competing dealer would not fulfill their promise to address an issue (very bad). At this point, I got back in touch with Tim at Ford of Londonderry. After he was off for the day, he came back to the dealership to meet me for a second test drive. The wiper issue had been resolved and he got satisfactory answers to a couple issues with the paint. Within 24 hours, I was able to close on the deal, including financing, and drive off with the vehicle. They made the process easy. More

Bruce walked us through all the details of the car with no hassle or pressure whatsoever, and genuinely wanted us to get a car we loved and was just right for us. Tim was excellent at explaining the available warranties and looking into options I was curious about, and completing the paperwork was a breeze. Also a big plus was their patience and friendliness with my kids, who went nuts for the snack bar, complete with an ice cream chest. :) It was definitely a stress free buying experience, and we ended with an excellent vehicle just right for us.
