So we were at the point of deciding whether or not to have it fixed or trade it in. My husband had the good fortune to be greeted by Raul. Raul is very professional, but also extremely personable. We we're not in the market for a vehicle until the breakdown of the 2004 forced our hand. We never felt like Raul took advantage of the situation. He worked tirelessly to make certain we were happy with the purchase of the 2013. And even followed up with a phone call a week after the purchase was complete. Whenever we are in the market for another vehicle, we will specifically request Raul. And I would never hestitate to recommend him and Ford of Londonderry. More
